Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Process

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
